Radish Celebration by Nancy Nguyen

We are so thrilled to have Nancy Nguyen as our guest chef for this pop-up dinner event.

Nancy Nguyen, a Vietnamese-American chef and owner of Beaucoup NYC, was born into a family of culinary traditions in Mytho, Vietnam. Her grandmother ran a soup business, and her father worked in NYC’s Chinese restaurants.

Nancy began cooking at age eight and honed her skills working in her aunt’s Pho restaurant. She later ran a catering business in Philadelphia and worked in various NYC eateries. In 2020, she launched Beaucoup NYC, a modern Vietnamese food concept.

Nancy has traveled globally and spent time at Eleven Madison Park, where she won a cooking battle in 2022. She continues creating innovative, globally inspired menus.
