Experience a one-time extravaganza featuring Japanese-French cuisine, meticulously crafted by a young chef who honed their skills as the personal chef to the Ambassador of Japan in New York.

Yoshiki Nakata is a meticulous culinary professional who is passionate about creating unique and delicious dishes, specializing in Japanese-French style cuisine. 

Excelling in food service operations, recipe and menu creation, seafood preparation, and dessert making, he can leverage his extensive experience in any kitchen. 

After graduating from Musashino Cooking College in Tokyo with a degree in culinary arts, Yishiki worked as a chef at the Permanent Mission of Japan to the United Nations in New York, where he demonstrated excellent skills in customer interaction and culinary creativity. Yoshiki is an exceptionally talented chef with a proven track record as a chef assistant at the Royal Park Hotel in Tokyo. 

For this special occasion, Chef Makata created four courses of dinner. Sato-san, the owner of Creston and certified sommelier, curated the wine list to pair with the dinner.
