Éminence by TomohiRo Urata

Born in Japan in 1982, Chef Tomohiro embarked on his culinary journey at Tokyo’s GINZA GRAPE BUMBO, where he honed his skills for seven years. He then ventured to France, serving as Chef de Partie at three esteemed Michelin-starred establishments: RELAIS De La POSTE, REGIS Et JACQUES MARCON, and MAISON De TROISGROS.

Formerly the Executive Chef at MIFUNE NY, his French cuisine creation draws inspiration from a diverse array of influences.
