Born in Yokohama, Kazushige Suzuki embarked on his culinary journey at 25 with SUSHI GINZA ONODERA in Tokyo. Honing his craft at their branches in Shanghai and Hawaii, he ascended to the head chef position at their Michelin-starred New York location.

Now, he brings his expertise as the executive chef at ICCA, a Michelin one-starred sushi restaurant in Tribeca/New York.
