Born in Japan in 1982.

Chef Tomo began his culinary career at GINZA GRAPE GUMBO in Tokyo, where he refined his craft over seven years. His journey then took him to France, where he worked as Chef de Partie at three prestigious Michelin-starred restaurants: RELAIS De La POSTE, REGIS Et JAQOUES MARCON, and MAISON De TROISGROS. After serving as the Executive Chef at MIFUNE NY, his French culinary creations have been influenced by a variety of sources.
